Operator code

This is a new one-use code for the operator account. It works only after someone on the deploy list arms its hash from GitHub.

1. Open the deploy workflow and click Run workflow. Pick dev and paste the hash into Operator code hash.
2. Wait for the green run.
3. Open Operator account and enter the code.

Keep this tab open. Reloading makes a different code, and only the hash you dispatched works.
