Setup

This page lists the steps a person has to do once for this environment, dev.codechievement-test.com. Everything else installs by itself. Do the parts in order. You can stop and come back; each part shows what is done.

1. Operator account (to do). Make a code, arm it from GitHub, then create your sign-in. Make a code.
2. Off-site backups (to do). Create the backup bucket and its key in the Oracle Cloud console, then paste the key. About 15 minutes.
3. Phone alerts (to do). Install the ntfy app and connect it, so a failed backup reaches your phone. About 5 minutes.
